Favorite movie of the year. I’ve seen it twice

The Dell deal is set to close in a week on Sept 7th 2016. EMC will be delisted from the NY stock exchange and all my shares will be immediately vested. I don’t stand to make a fortune. But it’s a nice pop. Steph says we should put it on black when we go to Vegas.

I had a great weekend. I went bike riding with Dad and we went to the Museum to get a bite to eat, and then I went to the pool. I have been doing this writing camp that our neighbor does. And I am trying out for volleyball! I have been practicing with my mom. We have school orientation tomorrow and then, I start school!!!

Near perfect weekend. Can’t remember all I (we) did but it was a lot. Jules went skating in Seattle with an “island board corps” camp he loves. Sophia and I took a massive bike ride into town and back. She’s done it before but Bainbridge is hilly and tough and it’s no small feat. We ate well. Drank well. There was music across the street and down at the wine bar. Steph was (is) looking lovely as ever. On Sunday I took a road trip by myself across the Hood Canal to Chimacum to check out the Finn River Cidery and Farm. Incredible! Stopped by Port Gamble for a beer and read a couple chapters in my new book. Polished things off with Poker at the casino and left $107 richer.

The girls are just getting home from their trip to LA. Steph and Julian went to the airport to pick them up at the gate. Sounds like it was a great trip for the girls of course but equally so for my folks who hosted them. Here are Sophia and Bella at Disneyland. My brother Justin took them.
